New Oldtown Apartment near St Martin Cathedral, AC, Balcony

The location was great near the old town, restaurants and the bus station. The apartment is spacious. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Overall the niggles outweighed the good and disappointing.

There were a few niggles as per other reviews. The shock on arrival was that there was not a separate lounge. The large bedroom was also the lounge. This is mot clear from the info or photos online. The two halves of the room are decorated differently. The storage in the large room was limited and in one other bedroom on the front. The shower leaks water from the shower area over the main floor. The linen on beds and the towels are of a poor quality. Bottom sheet on beds is rough and bobbly and nylon. As three women who wanted a bedroom each, the beds had a single duvet on each double bed and just one pillow which was small and lumpy. The accommodation stated that they allocate one pillow and a single duvet per person. There is no extra pillows. There were some blankets. The apartment appeared clean but was not on close inspection under beds etc. Overall disappointing

The apartment is large enough, standardly furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom was nice, everything was ok. The location is right in the center so ideal for visiting the city.

It occurred to us that the towels and bed linen were apparently not dried enough and so they felt a bit musty, the toilet could use some ventilation. Some kind of moisture and mold removal was being carried out in the corridor, so it was not pleasant there, but you could not smell it in the apartment. But these are just small things that did not spoil the overall impression.

The location just a few minutes from the centre is wonderful. The view from the kitchen window onto the cathedral is stunning. The apartment is spacious and all the important necessities of life were there.

Biggest irritation was the fact that the apartment advertises public parking "nearby". Dragging suitcases over cobble stone roads for 600 m is NOT nearby. You cannot even enter the zone for unloading. Towels and bed sheets and pillows poor quality and not totally clean. Public areas of the building smell like sewer

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beds are comfy and the apartment is spotless clean with everything that we need in our reach. The location is excellent and we will definitely stay here in the future. Moreover, the host was communicative and he guided us with all the needed information.

The property was so clean and comfortable. In the heart of the old town. The location couldn’t be better. We loved absolutely everything and there’s even a very nice coffee machine as well! 10 out of 10

Spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located.
