The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped It has a lovely courtyard just right for a quiet breakfast or late nightcap. It is very close to the old town. There is a very secure lockup garage. The host is attentive and responds very quickly. The directions to the garage and the apartment are a bit complicated but the instructions provided are very detailed. If you arrive late and tired you have to be careful and read them closely. We were very happy with the apartment and would stay there again next time we are in the area.

Super clean bright modern comfortable apartment on the ground floor with clear easy contactless instructions for entry. Johannes was super quick to respond to any queries. Big bathroom with the best shower. The garden is full of sunshine, and it's an easy short stroll into lovely Brixen Bressanone. Altogether so good we stayed an extra night!

Bathroom basin drains very very slowly.

The appartment is very clear and convenient to use and the owner is very kind and friendly.

Very close to the old town of Brixen. Clean and spacious layout with superb cooking facilities.

The drain in the shower smelled really bad in the beginning but I purchased some sink unblocker and it solved it.
