Die Lage der Unterkunft ist phänomenal! Direkt aus der Haustüre und man stehe im ältesten Viertel der Stadt Brixen. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und die Altstadt sind in unmittelbarer Lage fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst herzlich und geben gern Tipps für Brixen und Umgebung. 10 von 10 Punkte!

Eigentlich gibt es keine negativen Aspekte für diese Wohnung. Allerdings ist die Wohnung für drei Erwachsene schon etwas beengt. Für drei Nächte total ausreichend, länger würde ich dort in dieser Anzahl an Reisenden eher eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen.

"Tolles Appartement für einen Brixen-Trip"

Super ausgestattetes Appartement. Es gab sogar einen Sodastream. Lage war nah zur Innenstadt. Bequeme Betten und ein kleiner Balkon mit Bergblick. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Parkplatz war auch in kurzer Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen.

Un soggiorno impeccabile: appartamento curato e proprietario eccellente L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Bressanone: perfetto per esplorare la città a piedi senza rinunciare alla comodità. Gli spazi sono puliti, curati nei minimi dettagli e arredati con gusto in modo moderno. Fin dal primo contatto, il proprietario si è distinto per disponibilità e professionalità. Ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise su come raggiungere l'appartamento, dove parcheggiare e come gestire le chiavi: piccoli dettagli che fanno tutta la differenza, soprattutto all'arrivo in una città nuova. In casa abbiamo trovato una brochure con consigli sui migliori ristoranti della zona, molto utile per orientarsi. Non sono mancati piccoli gesti di attenzione come biscotti, cialde del caffè e tisane di qualità — dettagli che dimostrano quanto il proprietario tenga davvero al benessere dei propri ospiti. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Consigliatissimo!

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbett. Tolle Ausstattung, geräumig, großes Bad, Balkon, zentral gelegen, toller Service vom Gastgeber.
