Lovely flat in the city center self-check

The position of the flat was the only benefit of this horrible experience. Lokalita bytu bola jedným pozitívom toho príšerného zážitku.

Byt extrémne smrdel za cigaretami, nie aktualne, ale dlhodobo, cigaretový pach bol vsaty do matracov, stien, nabytku, otrasne nieco. Postel pre deti nebola oblecena a obliecky ktore mali byt vyprate a pripravene, booi smradlave. Rovnako obliecky na manzelskej posteli som muselinobloect dalsiminoblieckami, smrad cigariet bol neskutocny. Pyzamo na dalsi den nebolo pouzitelne, muselo byt vyprate, rovnako vlasy.... V byte bola spina, mikrovlnka bola spinava, dlho neumyta, riad bol rovnako spinavy, ale vrchol bol umyty odlozeny pohar, v ktorom bol cigaretovy popol! Ked sme prisli, vsetky okna boli pootvarane, snazili sa smrad eliminovat, ale to nie je mozne. Po kontaktovani prenajimatela som dostala odpoved, ze tam nikto predo mnou nebyval a nik tam nefajčil..otrasna skusenost, nikomu toto ubytovanie nedoporucujem a velmi ľutujem moju platbu za toto. Toto stalo tak za 10€ a nie 77€. Hanba absolutna. The apartment smelled extremely of cigarettes, not currently, but for a long time, the smell of cigarettes was absorbed into the mattresses, walls, belongings, horrible experience. The bed for the children was not made and the clothes that should have been washed and prepared were smelly. Likewise, I had to cover my doublebed with other sheets, the smell of cigarettes was incredible. The pajamas were not usable for the next day, they had to be washed, and so was the hair.... The apartment was dirty, the microwave was dirty, it had not been washed for a long time, the dishes were also dirty, but the top was the glass washed, which had cigarette ashes in it! When we arrived, all the windows were open, they tried to eliminate the stench, but that is not possible. After contacting the landlord, I received an answer that no one had stayed there before me and no one had smoked there...horrible experience, I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone and I am very sorry for my payment for this. This was worthy for 10€ maybe, not 77€..Total shame.

A spacious apartment with all amenities, close to the city center and a shopping mall. Plenty of towels were provided.

There was no shower gel or shampoo, only liquid hand soap was provided

I liked the location, it was close to the bus station

The apartment was dirty and not cleaned. There was a lot of trash on the floor, dog food, and it wasn’t comfortable to walk even in slippers. The glasses were dirty, not washed after coffee, and there was soil from the plant pot on the windowsills. Overall, everything was dirty.
