Lovely flat in the city center self-check

The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the city center.if you are looking for an apartment, which has a kitchen- this is it.

The owner didn’t reply to my questions 2-3 days before. He just send the instructions at the check- in time. We booked for 4 people and there was just the bed made and bedsheets for two people. When I asked him, where the others are he told us in the closet and we should prepare it ourselves. on the bedsheets were short brown hair, so we didn’t feel they are clean. I asked him about that and to change. He never replied again. Also the rest of the apartment didn’t seem proper cleaned (toilet some stains, dust…) and the apartment seems worn out. But everything works

Although I was ultimately able to access the property without major issues, I was quite anxious up until two hours before arrival, as I had not received clear instructions about how to collect the key. Thankfully, the information did arrive just in time and was easy to follow — the directions for finding the key and entering the flat were clear and well-structured. The location of the apartment is excellent, very central and convenient.

The location of the apartment is excellent, very central and convenient. However, upon entering the flat, I noticed a strong detergent smell from freshly washed but still damp clothes that seemed to have been dried inside. This same scent was also absorbed into items like the towels and sheets, which — although they may have been washed — did not feel entirely fresh or clean. This gave me a bit of discomfort regarding hygiene. I understand that one should not expect hotel-level service or conditions in every stay, and I wouldn't give a low score based on this alone, especially considering the price-performance balance. Still, based on my previous experiences with hygiene standards through Booking, this stay felt noticeably different. That said, this may be a personal sensitivity and not an issue for all guests. Aside from that, the apartment looked exactly as shown in the photos and the location is undeniably excellent.

Nice apartment, well-arranged and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy.

Everything was as expected.
