Staff, location, facilities.

Limited possibility of parking, 2€/hour, 24/7. It is a great location for trawellers without car. In the heart of the city and many oprions to visit city.

It was very dark inside although the sun was shining.

Close to the old-town, easy to get to/from airport, very cool interior and reasonably priced. Clean property in a lovely city that’s worth visiting!

Instructions to the property need work as it’s very hard to find if arriving in the dark. The man was also very useful when we called for assistance, I would advise adding pictures and more detailed description of the apartment location to your description.

Friendly staff, perfect location, cool spacious room with all the necessary facilities, including fridge, coffee machine and TV with Netflix

Location

Dark, no daylight, cant open the curtains because everyone can see you. Even the curtains dont block everything, so it is very awkward at night. No hanging chair from picks No fruits or coffee that were mentioned in the description

The appartment is in historical center, in a very silent and safe place. The internet speed was very good, we worked from there and this was very important for us. Another plus was a minimarket at 3 minuts distance by walk. We managed very good to cover the door of entrance with the curtain for more privacy. The appartment had everything we needed, hot water, and very good heating system. We loved very much Bratislava and we will come back for sure🥰

location is just perfect, close to everything, the room is huge, the area is super safe and there is a comfy tv/sofa area, free coffe/tea, check in procedure is easy. I would have rate this apartment 9,5 hands down but....

2 points: LACK OF HOT WATER! for what we paid, i found ridiculous that the hot shower last less than 5/6 min. This for me was the main downside. During winter time, in a cold city like Bratislava is, a good hot shower is what everyone needs at the end of the day. Please don't talk to me about the environment. Too much light coming from the window/door, curtains aren't big enough to stop the morning light. Lack of privacy in the sofa/tv area due to the same curtains problem.

The apartment was generally clean.

The water heater is seriously flawed, even worse than a hostel shower, and does not match the price of the apartment. The bath water will become cool after about 5 minutes, and it will become ice water in about 10 minutes. If you shave before taking a bath, you can only shiver in the ice water and can't shower normally. This isn't Malaysia. You can really get sick from cold water.
