We liked the very modern bathroom and kitchen, while the remainder was beautifully in keeping with the age of the premises. Lovely breakfast from the Tearooms downstairs.

Wonderful historical property dating from 1580. Fantastic location in centre of Bridgnorth overlooking the river. Lots of parking available within a five minute walk. Lots of space inside and clean, modern facilities. The smell of the wooden staircase as you ascend to your room is delightful! Very helpful and considerate communication from hosts prior to visit; friendly and helpful staff in the tea room where we collected our key. We sincerely hope to return. Thank you.

Very nice historic building beautifully restored.😃

great location, even if difficult to park, that is normal in Bridgnorth and to be expected. but plenty of paid parking within a few minutes walk. great hosts, nice that there is the cafe underneath which serves great food.

only improvement needed is the extra bed in the lounge, it is nice that it isn't a sofa bed, but the frame was very wobbly and unstable, needs some re-adjusting, and is a minor point.

Lots of character and very good location for exploring Bridgwater. Parking easy in nearby car park (we used one across the bridge, a few minutes walk away). Very large lounge and bedroom and all nicely kitted out.

Bed was a little bouncy / soft but we're used to a firmer mattress.
