This coach house property is amazing. My wife Julia and I have stayed in worse 4* hotels costing two or three times the price, without the space and comfortable surroundings. The building is situated in a beautiful private garden, many acres in size, providing absolute peace and quiet, but not isolated. Lovely tea, coffee, biscuits and other amazing treats were also provided.

I honestly can't think of anything. It is a lovely place to stay; certainly one of, if not the best we have found in the last 20 years.

The property was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed and more! The coffee machine with pods and French press with ground coffee was an excellent touch, so too was the complimentary milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Hosts were amazing, really made us feel welcomed.

The cottage was exceptionally clean smelt fresh,the facilities were good everything that you need.It was so peaceful and tranquil Tina the host was very welcoming she waited for us because we arrived late so big thanks to Tina.me and my partner had a wonderful break wish we could have stayed longer.

I loved everything about our stay here - it was so perfect. Tina was lovely and met us on arrival and showed us around the cottage. She left us a few treats which was a lovely surprise. The cottage was fabulous, I could quite easily live there. It was light and airy, clean, spacious and had everything you needed in it. It was in a good location, close enough to get to Exeter, Beautiful Days Festival and half an hour from the sea. There was a Morrisons 5 minutes away. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. There are chairs and a table out the front of the cottage you can sit at if you wish. Beautiful view of the back garden which was full of colourful flowers. Will definitely stay again in the future and recommend to others.

Nothing to dislike, it was perfect

Zeer ruim, fris en comfortabel appartement in een prachtig huis. Supermarkt en snelweg zijn op korte afstand en is daarom ideaal om Devon te verkennen.

Everything, fantastically well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. The location is excellent, quiet yet only a small distance from main routes, shops , places to eat etc, we recommend the Jack in the Green, great food and lovely service, the Cranberry Bush is a good cheaper alternative. This accommodation is the best of its kind we have ever stayed in and represents terrific value for money. Not too far from coastal resorts if that's what you like, alternatively there are other great places to visit, we went to Powderham Castle and Killerton House, both very good attractions. Highly recommended 👍
