Property was clean .. very modern.. couldn’t have asked for better place to stay

Absolutely nothing

Amazing property in a beautiful location with lots of wildlife to see. Decorated to a high standard, immaculately clean and well maintained, the attention to detail is outstanding. Great communication with the hosts. Ground staff friendly and helpful. Bath tub and hot tub a wonderful addition. Fully fitted kitchen with every appliance and ample crockery provided. Great choice of TV channels and apps for those rainy days. Very cosy and warm. Well lit. Nice touch of a bottle of Prosecco and chilled wine flutes left in fridge on arrival.

No airer to dry clothes,need a dustpan and brush and some teaspoons.

There was a hot tub and was isolated enough from other lodges that we couldn’t hear them

Wasps nest in roof, broken light, one of the stove burners didn’t work half the time, too far from town and nearest bus stop was an hours walk away and some staff spoke down to me and my partner as we are young

Location was great, very tranquil and just what we needed. Beautiful place with plenty of space

It’s not that I didn’t like the property, I tried to reach the owners as the hot tub wasn’t warm enough. I called 2 different numbers with no answer. I emailed the address in the welcome pack but it was undeliverable. I messaged via booking.com prior to our stay to ask if there was an additional option to make our stay more special but again no reply, even if the answer was no it would have been nice to get a reply. We also found a spider in a glass in the cupboard when we got there, so this clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly or checked as it should have been.

Everything. It was a dream. The living room, the bathroom, the kitchen, the balcony, the hot tub. In absolute awe of our stay.

Nothing it was perfect. Can’t wait to return
