Krásny moderný 1-izbový byt, novostavba + parking

The apartment is new. The temperature was okay. On the balcony there is a couch with cushions and a table. The TV has Netflix. There is a private parking in front of the building. The check-in is through a code. Check-out is not early. There is a washing machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, a stovetop and an oven. There was coffee, milk, tea, sugar and coffee liquid creamers.

The apartment is literally near the highway. It’s in the last building at the end of the city. The centre is pretty far away. It was not clean at all. Dust and stains everywhere. There were a lot of dirty bed sheets and towels in the wardrobe. There was food in the sink. The shower cabin was extremely dirty. Half of the cleaning products under the sink were empty. With the others I had to clean the apartment in order for us to stay there. Only 1 toilet paper roll for 2 people for 4 days. No soap in the kitchen and no soap in the bathroom. No shower gel/shampoo. The kitchen hood is not connected to a pipe so there is no point in using it. You can’t open the freezer as it has never been cleaned and you can’t pull the drawers. Every bowl, cup, pan, kitchen utensil and so on was dirty. You basically sleep on a couch which is disgustingly dirty and so uncomfortable we had back pain. The owners have the time to stack the fridge with small cans of Coca Cola, cheap alcohol and small snacks (for which they charge 3,90 Euro each) but don’t have time to clean or tidy the apartment…
