APARTMENT MARINA CALADOR HARBOURVIEW AIR CONDITION POOL GARDEN TERRASSE PORTO CARI spectacular location

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location with fabulous views across the marina. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Loved it!

Small apartment but had all amenities

Neighbor had loud music a couple of nights during our stay. Obviously Mallorca is not waking up till April, and this village was pretty much dead in March. Surprise mandatory deposit via bank instead of cash or credit card, after already having paid the full amount for rent, so could not back out. Also had to pay for early arrival , none of our other stays in Europe had these kind of requirements (they had deposit handled via booking.com and/or via credit card), which was way easier and less stressful than bank transfer for non-Europeans).

This is a lovely apartment with a fabulous view across Cala d'Or marina and the main town area beyond. It's a pleasant stroll to the town with all its restaurants, and there are a number of restaurants nearby too, overlooking the near-side of the marina. There are some beautiful coves that are only about 20 minutes' walk away, such as Cala Petita (with a perfect breakfast spot!) We found early April to be the perfect time to be there, the weather was mostly sunny and around 20C, the majority of the restaurants were open, but many of the large hotels were not yet open so the beautiful coves could be enjoyed without crowds.

The only negative was that I found the bed nearest the window in the ensuite room to be too hard. The other twin bed was, oddly, softer. I noticed that the other room seemed to have one hard bed and a softer one.

Property was in a great location

Lovely luxurious apartment, very homely and a pleasure to be there . Everything was exceptional , lots of supplies and essentials, decor was outstanding ⭐️.

Nothing , it was perfect.

Apartment had great facilities with good access to bars and restaurants.

Boiler issues when we arrived but the owner resolved after a couple of days. Location is great, but not if you want a quiet drink on the balcony at the end of the day after 7pm. The noise from the bars in the vicinity and a quiz every night at the hotel next door put paid to that.

The spec in this apartment is top notch - stayed with friends and cannot recommend highly enough. The view is just amazing. The apartment was really well stocked - 5 minute walk to the Spar shop, 15 mins to the Cala Des Pous (nicer beach that Cala Gran) which had a lovely beach bar - food there was fab!

No complaints (just look out for the neighbouring cats that appear when the door is open)
