Location is decent. TV in every room which was nice

The property is on 4th floor without any access to lifts , this was a crucial information that was not made clear while booking and I had my in-laws with me who are both retired. Needless to say it did not work well. In the property we could find an old pack of chicken in the fridge so clearly properly was not cleaned well. And an BnB not having basic dish washing soap was a new experience as well

Great location, an easy walk into the town centre and close free parking options easy enough at the weekend in particular. Plenty of shops close by as well. Host was great at responding to questions with detailed parking information in particular.

A dishcloth or sponge would have been helpful, as would more advanced check-in information. Bath/shower sealant needs cleaning/replacing.

Super clean and comfortable in a great location, couldn’t ask for more really.

My first shower was cold but i didn’t realise the boiler was on a timer so my bad for not checking
