LA PITA- Terraza con vistas al mar & parking, a 1 min de la playa

The furnishings are beautiful and tasteful. The apartment is spacious. Bed a little small. Good balcony space. Great car parking. At the far side of the town. Quiet location. Peaceful.

Unfortunately, we cut short our stay due to WiFi connectivity issues. In essence, the service was so low as no be non existent. I work online and I’d hoped to work for half my stay. It was impossible. We moved to another place in Mojacar. It was a sudden decision born out of necessity as I had an important meeting. Unless the owner was going to set up a new service, it wasn’t going to change. I contacted the owner. She was responsive and has promised to review the situation. Booking.com were wonderful and gave me a partial refund in my wallet for my inconvenience as they received no response from the owner. In addition, but the owner is powerless with this, there has been heavy storms in the area. This has resulted in a sewage pipe on the pathway to the beach overflowing. The sight of toilet waste is really bad and gross. It’s just something to consider if you like walking.

Muy buena ubicacion cerca de la playa buen estacionamiento en la misma estructura y caminando en 10 minutos se llega al centro. Han aceptado al perro sin problemas. El departamento esta bien equipado. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas lindas vacaciones! Por ultimo la proprietaria manda un pdf con todos los sitios de interes lindo gesto.

La cama matrimonial muy pequeña para nuestro gusto, podria ser un poco mas grande para mejor confort.

Ubicación perfecta en una de las zonas más tranquilas del pueblo, puedes bajar a la playa andando ya que está a 3 minutos andando del apartamento. Sillas de playa, sombrilla y nevera incluidas que puedes usarla sin problemas asi que es algo con el cual no tienes que cargar en tu viaje. Apartamento amplio y muy cómodo, tiene de todo. El parking incluido en el mismo edificio es una maravilla ya que es un problema menos que tienes a la hora de buscar aparcamiento. Puedes ir al centro del pueblo perfectamente andando ya que pilla a menos de 8-10 minutos. 100% recomendado para desconectar, por las noches no hay nada de ruido ya que el vecindario respetan y no se escucha absolutamente nada por la noche. ¡¡Recomendado ir el fin de semana del 15 de agosto ya que son las fiestas y se pasa genial porque hay ambientazo!! ¡¡Repetiria sin duda!!

El apartamento está bien

No tiene vistas a la playa como dice el anuncio y haría falta aire acondicionado en el dormitorio.

Easy access and exit. Everything works and lots of equipment in the kitchen. 1 min walk to an excellent beach and 5 min - 10min walk to shops and bars. Heaters provided - the evenings were chilly in January. Parking underground is free, we parked in the street as the garage is height restricted. We had an excellent meal at Bar Frontera in the town. Market day is Thursday and is a must visit.Warmly recommended for short or long stays.

The apartment was literally one minute from the beach, we could hear the sound of the sea from there. Very clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. The air conditioner was a good treat as it was pretty warm outside. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great!

There was nothing we didn’t like at all!
