The Annex

Excellent value

Beautiful little Annexe conversion close to the pretty Cemaeas Bay. Everything you would ever need for a self-catering holiday was supplied. Breakfast cereals, bread, eggs, milk and juice, fresh towels, and all the comforts of home. We loved it. iVery peaceful location, with sheep grazing just yards away over the back wall. There were even recliner chairs to relax in the small garden area. Great value and lovely friendly hosts.

Everything was exceptional. Plenty of food for breakfast, all cereals,all jams,bread,eggs,milk,juice,tea, coffee+ all condiments. Spotless clean. We were returning visitors + will be returning again.

There is nothing we didn't like. The annexe+ the area are perfect.

Very generous breakfast, eggs, milk, cereal, very welcome addition. Spotlessly clean. Very warm and cosy. Big TV for our entertainment after an evening stroll, the harbour was only a stone’s throw away

A mattress topper would be nice, bed a good size but a bit firm for me

Gareth and Karen were very friendly and helpful. The annex came with loads of breakfast stuff including selection of cereals, porridge, eggs, bread, milk, juice, jams, butter tea and coffee. Close enough to walk to seaside and coastal walks. Good WiFi, etc. Can't fault it.

What a lovely place to stay we would highly recommend to book and it is like home from home so comfortable. We where made so welcome by the owners and such a lovely touch with a variety of eggs , milk butter bread tea coffee fresh orange and cereal which set you up foe the day will definitely book again. Outstanding in many areas, comfort, hosts and advice, high standards on some amazing little touches to ensure it felt like a home from home.. I would recommend highly and we will return frequently
