Everything – the apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. The attention to detail and comfort made it feel truly luxurious.

Honestly, nothing – everything exceeded expectations.

Hit water issue but staff sorted in nx day No keys for balcony staff sorted it nx day Fire alarm bleeping overnight and during breakfast too high for us to reach , annoying Bright lights in bathrooms on sensor , brightest I’ve ever seen so at night it’s horrible when half asleep and need the loo hurts your eyes and wakes you up not poss to turn it off Everything else perfect

Fantastic apartment, very well decorated and cleaned, the lady who met us upon arrival was very helpful, and they even helped with registering our car for the free parking. The apartment is in a quiet street facing a garden, within walking distance to the high street with lots of shops and cafes, and also there is a big park close by (5 minutes walk) great for morning walks. The apartment was well prepared even though we booked on the same day and it is ideal for a family of 4. It was our first time in Cheltenham, but would definitely book it again when we go back. Cheltenham itself is a great place to explore Cotswolds.

The only reason I gave it a 9 not 10 was that there was a bit of construction work happening in the building and it was a bit noisy. While we realise this might be outside the control of the hosts, a little heads up would've been nice.
