Le personnel a été exceptionnel , très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Leur disponibilité a vraiment fait la différence. Le parking est également un atout majeur, spacieux, sécurisé et facile d’accès, ce qui est très appréciable, surtout en zone urbaine. Le séjour s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions grâce à ces éléments. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour son service de qualité et ses équipements bien pensés.

"Large old fashioned apartment in Casablanca."

Very nice and helpful host, spacious apartment. It was good enough for two nights. Good price.

Old fashioned. Neighbourhood is not so nice and location not central. Air conditioning only in living room.

"Did not stay here as reservation was not honoured"

They reallocated my wife to another apartment a few hours later.

The property owner said that the booking was cancelled by us. Yet we did not and when we contacted booking.com they just asked reservation questions that were already in the booking. Don't waste your time with customer service. The alternative apartment was only 1 bedroom.

The hosts wifes blue hyundai elantra hybrid

The hosts arrogant and has a very bad attitude. Ran off like a little girl after asking him if the bathroom has a bidet. Clearly doesnt wash his rear end as well as his mouth. From other reviews we are not the only ones he has done this to.

"Phenomenal experience but short lived as we only had one night."

Very spacious and multiple bathrooms which helped tremendously with our large group of 6. Everything is new and has a nice terrace for fresh air and relaxing. The host was quite gracious and upgraded us to a new location. Highly recommend! Don’t forget to try the great restaurants nearby

This Luxury Spacious Apartment is a scam. The apartment is located in a rundown slum on the outskirts of Casa. The apartment is unhealthy and a security risk.The landlord vastly overstated the condition and comfortable of this uninhabitable apartment. We have not received any response for the host is concerned a refund.
