Anfa 118 - Best view in town - 3 bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms

Location and views of Hassan II Mosque were the only 2 things good about this apartment.

Upon arrival the man in the foyer (the concierge?) called someone and 10 minutes later 2 African men came on a motorbike and gave me the key. In the apartment there were no towels at all! None of the bedside lamps worked, there was no internet (red fault light on router), the TV didn't work, nor did the air conditioning because there were no batteries in the remotes! Multiple power points were broken and dangerous!! I tried calling the host, Mr Hassan, multiple times in the evening and the next morning but no answer. There were stains and cigarette burns on sofa, also a big hole what appeared to be from a hot iron! Kitchen and utensils were filthy, as was the bathroom and shower. It was quite obvious they hadn't been cleaned for some time. There was nothing luxurious about the apartment, it was old and in desperate need of a renovation. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The property was in a very good location. I really liked the view it’s very pretty especially at sunset, you can even see the hassan 2 mosque from your bed. There is some good quality furnitures also. And last but not least the security guard is very good at his job, so the house is very safe.

What I didn’t like about this property is the windows cause most of them were broken, you can’t open them. And the bathroom because the shower door was broken u can’t enter to take a shower or the glass door might fall on the floor.

The view was the good thing about this location. It was on the 13th floor, it was really nice. The placement in the city was also good, just a 25 min walk to the mosque in the center.

The apart was really really dirty, we couldn’t use the shower because it was disgusting, with petrified dirt all over it. The wifi wasn’t working even if the staff told us that it is. There were holes in the couch and other things around the house, the sheets were dirty and so were the towels.

Poor hygiene and lack of maintenance in the apartment.

Ideally located near Hassan II Mosquee, La Sqala Restaurant via old Madina and walking distance to all branded stores and food outlets. A spacious, clean and well equipped flat where a family of six can comfortably stay. The kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker and mufti wave oven. One can have evening and morning views of the city.

The kitchen cabinets need some repairs. Shower glass door needs alignment
