"An excellent choice for a stay in Cheltenham."

I very rarely give 10 out of 10, but this was a beautiful basement flat with all the facilities needed for everyday life. It was spotlessly clean and in a location that was quiet but within an easy walk of the town centre. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms equipped with excellent showers. The host was quick to respond to any questions before arrival and all instructions for use of the appliances were very clear. The tasty scones left on the kitchen counter were a welcome bonus! An excellent choice for a stay in Cheltenham. I will certainly stay there again next time I visit.

"A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location and the perfect base for a weekend away."

The location was perfect - a short walk from the city centre and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, yet situated in a lovely leafy residential street.

"Stylish apartment stay"

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. The rooms were very spacious and design was very quirky and colourful. Scones on arrival was a nice touch. Communication regarding the ensuite was very good. Not too far to walk into Cheltenham. If the ensuite wasn't an issue I would rate it a 10 so I wouldn't want that to put anyone off we were just unlucky.

Smell from the ensuite as we opened the ensuite door on arrival. This meant we couldn't use the ensuite for the stay which was disappointing. The owners did offer to send someone out but as we were only there for 2 nights we didn't want to have to wait in so we put towel at the bottom of the door so no smell came into room and didn't open the door.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Very comfortable and within walking distance of shops and town centre. The cream tea was a nice touch.

Nothing - it was all lovely. Some information about how to use the cooker might have been useful but it was easy enough to work out.

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat."

Beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with lots of space. The scones were amazing! It was also wonderful to have a washer AND a drier in the flat.

It would have been nice to have more towels.
