Great apartment, well equipped, exceptionally clean, well furnished with comfortable & high quality furniture and items. Lovely arrival pack, containing breakfast items, fresh fruit, juice, milk etc. Met at agreed arrival time, shown around and handed keys, which made a nice change from scrabbling around for a hidden keysafe. Definitely recommend & I’ll use again when I’m in Cheltenham

Great location, the ladies made the whole process very easy and gave lots of information, the apartment was gorgeous we stayed in the amethyst suite, absolutely stunning. They provide tea, coffee, breakfast food. I will 100% stay again and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Honestly there was nothing that could be improved.

It was a fantastic apartment and exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. You can see that the owners really take care of the place. I was super impressed and will defiantly be staying again when I'm back in Cheltenham.
