Location was excellent. Private locked car park Considerate owner

We were only supplied with one bath towel each. As there was a hot tub it would have been nice to have 2 towels The pillows were very hard but despite that we slept well

Very nice penthouse. Clean, modern, fully equipped. Very friendly owner with helpful recommendations. It was spectacular to watch the sunset from the hot tub.

Very comfortable beds . Welcome Prosecco on arrival was a lovely personal touch. Information regarding access to property was provided in a very timely efficient manner. Sandip was on hand answering any questions.

Some kitchen doors needed adjusting/replacement as did not shut properly. Guttering was blocked (possibly by very noisy pigeons! 😂) and dripped during one night waking us up intermittently.

Great property and a superb location for shopping and eating in Cheltenham. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. The beds were big and comfy and the whole apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Hottub was a fantastic bonus, clean easy to use and lovely and warm.

Everything was excellent and my only recommendation would be for some more hangers (4 girls sharing and only 2 hangers in total ) and maybe for some simple chairs on the balcony.

No milk provided or bottled water as mentioned on site but I’m guessing this was simply an error.

The location was good. The town overall was a little more run down than we expected.

there was not enough crockery , cutlery or pots and pans.one one item of crockery per person. The tv in the apartment had terrible signal. Overall the apartment was clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice bedding and towels.
