location, space, price.

No electric kettle for hot water and no cups provided. Offer only one roll of toilet paper for 3 of us for 2nights and had to asked for another rolls and staff seemed not very happy. The cafe in the first floor wasn’t open and you couldn’t see any staff even during the day.

Huge room, friendly staff

Facilities and cleanliness of the place. Cleanliness was horrible, very dusty and no tissue nor water provided in room. Toilet roll only 1 roll for 3 pax which ran out at night. Lots of mosquitos, they could have done something about it.

It was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Worth the money paid as it was clean and near many restaurants.

The room didn’t have a mini fridge and the restaurant wasn’t open. The shower was also pretty low pressure for a hot shower.
