Options in room. the bathroom had a single shower unit and single bathtub unit and in a wash tube with big mirror. a toilet unit with also washing tube. that was nice setup.

television, most of time before I go out and after coming back. i put on the tv. this tv had no cable television. Only internet stremming, youtube. sad oafg was that my hbo and disney+ did not work. good part for me in this case, there were two youtube accounts still active as user present. and I've used them both to have somthing to see for.

The room was only cleaned every ten days and in the month In my stay they only changed the towels once They did not supply separate towels for the pool If they had said no pool towels would be supplied I would have brought my own

Location was great, just a short walk into town or a tuk tuk ride for 100 baht.

Better value than similarly priced hotels, as you get a decent sized fridge, microwave, stove top cooker, washing machine (and clothes hanging area on balcony) all within walking distance of old town and night markets. Lots of covered parking spaces and secure.

Pool far too small for a building this size. Not a hotel ,so downside for some might be the DIY breakfast. Furniture outdated and impractical - could do with updating and should never have the TV seating directly opposite the air-con, doesn't work.

What a scam. Don’t book!

I spent the first two hours after checkin washing the bed sheets and doona cover because they were covered in filthy, curly black hairs. The bed had not been changed between bookings. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The place is rundown and doesn’t represent the pictures at all. The worst room I’ve had in four months of travel and 23 hotel bookings. I wouldn’t sit on the chairs, covered in suspicious stains and food crumbs. Yellow stains on the bedding and dribbles of brown liquid on the walls. I took many photos but it will only allow me to upload 4. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this host. You can book the same hotel room (different room but in the same building) through Airbnb with a different host and it’s clean! Checkin staff were accommodating and friendly allowing early checkin. But I’d prefer to sleep on the street than book this filthy hole. The laziness of cleaning staff is extraordinary.

Roof top pool, however, there aren’t enough lounge chairs. Location was great, only a couple blocks from the night market. Nice little balcony. The gal, Yoyo in the tour office was super helpful and accommodating 😊

Surfaces all needed to be cleaned as well as the floor washed as the suite wasn’t clean upon checkin. No hand towels or dish cloths. If you like a good strong cup of americano, the coffee shop in lobby isn’t for you.

The convenient location, friendly host, and ability to cook my own food and have use of a private washing machine all for a reasonable price were all reasons I would book here again in the future.

If I put myself in the mindset that I was staying at a friends house not a hotel, I could overlook the relaxed cleanliness. I would have preferred that my bedding duvet had a cover, or that the bed had a top sheet to ensure proper hygiene. It seemed clean, but I imagine that it's a big job to wash and dry a thick blanket between each guest.

Yoyo was my main contact with this property and with tours around the area. So much to do! She knows the area and helps with anything related to this condo. The condo is a nice size for two adults. We loved being able to cook after traveling for a bit of time. It is close to many restaurants, the Night Market, 7/11, and a Big C grocery store. The old city is close by, walk or tuk-tuk. My favorite thing was to go to the pool or the top of the building and watch the most gorgeous sunsets! The Lanna Lantern Festival will never be forgotten. We had a wonderful 2 month stay. Thank you for making it so special.
