Gloucester Place Townhouse with Hot Tub

Clean and well presented.

Parking.

Everything. The cleanliness, the decor, the hot tub, the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic location, lovely decor, every type of glass possible in the kitchen which was really well stocked. Excellent communication with host.Parking permit sorted by host.

Not a great deal of places to hang/ store clothes but as only there for a couple of nights it wasn’t really a problem.

A very long list of do's and don'ts just before we arrived. We were there for a family funeral so I do appreciate that you have others there for a party that may need to be contained. I found myself telling the family - 'don't touch anything and put everything back exactly'. It was a difficult time for us so I may be being slightly sensitive to this.

Everything provided in the house that you needed. Clean. 1 min walk to extra car parking, John Lewis and the high street.

Pillows were all too firm, would be good to have firm and soft in each room. As beds were very comfy otherwise. Couldn’t work out how to use the virgin tv, took an hour and half to get the football on itv and involved calling a relative to help! Hot tub was only 32 degrees and temp wouldn’t increase

Amazing and beautifully furnished townhouse in perfect location! We visited as a hen group and the hot tub was a great addition. Would definitely recommend!

The only issue is that it is not clear that not all the beds can be made twin configuration. The description indicates they can be made twin and we asked for them all to be twins, which was acknowledged, but, upon arrival, we were told that only the top floor bedroom could be made a twin. The cleaning company were very helpful and adjusted this room for us as they had not been passed the request, but four members in our group had to share double beds, which wasn't ideal.

A fab base for exploring Cheltenham - and if you can’t park on the road the 24 hour car park is across the road and very reasonable. It’s a lovely property and a very helpful host.

Our recent stay at Gloucester Place was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a flood of natural light streaming through the windows, illuminating every corner of the apartment. The spacious layout with high ceilings provided a sense of openness that was truly refreshing. As a family, we found all the comforts we needed right at our fingertips. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, and the living area provided ample space for us to unwind after a day of exploring. Careful attention was paid to every detail of the decor, as the apartment exuded a sense of warmth and style that made us feel right at home. In addition to the physical comforts, the location of the accommodation was also superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether we were strolling through the neighbourhood or relaxing in the comfort of our temporary home, every moment was a delight. Overall, our experience at Gloucester Place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a bright and spacious retreat for their next getaway. Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful environment for our family to enjoy. We can't wait to return!
