Good location and simple but nice apartment.

A little dusty, which made my friends a little sick.

Staff were super helpful. The rooms were amazing and new and pretty with a good tv and nice furniture. Amazing view from the bedrooms. Ice cold aircon. The bed was comfortable. Facility clean and safe. Perfect for a family or group with a little kitchen and dining.

No staff manning the property so be sure to check your email for setting up check in. We had to call staff to assist us but that was our fault not theirs. Location was hard to find taxis so would be better if you have transportation and the pool had a lot of broken tiles in the shallower end.

The location is great. The room is big, good size for a family of 4. Everything is very convenient.

The wifi provided by the owner was not very good and the TV didn't work. The misunderstanding on the check out was not very pleasant. They tried to charge us more and they sent someone to check us out at 9:30 am when they stated that check out time is 11:00 am. We were rushing to get everything ready, not a nice way to end our trip. They took a deposit of 1,500 baht for water and electricity bill and said they will refund after taking the actual amount of the deposit. But they didn't contact me back for the refund.

The apartment itself was acceptable. It is at walkable distance to 7/11. Night bazar is 10 minutes drive. We hired a car so it was easy to get around otherwise it is in a very quiet spot so no Taxis or restaurants around. There is a stove for you to cook. The person who came to drop off the keys was warm and polite.

The pool is a hazard!! It has several broken tiles. They have placed a sign there but that is not acceptable if you are advertising the property as a resort. It is just an apartment complex with no staff around. You are on your own. The glass table provided was broken, another safety hazard . I am leaving a 6 as there is a lot of room for improvement and I am usually flexible. It is however definitely overpriced and falsely advertised. The owners need to either improve the quality of the property or reduce the price to match its existing condition.
