Perfect location and great landlord. I definitely will stay here again in next trip to Chiang Mai.

Fuimos en 4 adultos y 2 niños. Se trata de un apartamento de 3 pisos y en cada piso había un salón, cama , baño y cocinita. Limpio y bien organizado y queda a 10 minutos caminando al centro del casco antiguo. La dueña vive al lado. Súper amable y siempre lista para ayudarnos....y cada mañana nos traía una bolsa de fruta fresca. Experiencia para repetir.

Huge space with a lot of bedrooms. Bedding and towels were spotless clean. A lot of utensils and toaster, as well as welcoming fruits, bread and fantastic orange marmalade.

A place is not new, though everything worked.

Check in and check out was a breeze and the hostel is clean and comfortable. I requested for ironing facilities and it was prepared before I checked in. The convenience of having a washer (complete with detergent and softener) is a bonus. Although the dryer was broken, there is a plug in fan to blow dry the clothes in the room. The owner is very friendly and communicated well with us throughout the stay, she was also kind enough to provide and top up plenty of drinking water, fruits, beverages and bread. We love the location as it’s nearby alot of good eateries and night bazaar

A large and spacious house in an excellent and safe location. Close to the airport, and to many malls, and many tourist attractions. There is a big supermarket very close. The rooms are large, there is a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with all needs, cold air conditioning, hot water in the bathroom, and a clothes iron. The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. She responds to WhatsApp immediately and provided me and my family with wonderful support and made our stay easy and wonderful. The owner of the house makes sure to provide drinking water, tea, coffee, various fruits, cakes, and many wonderful services daily for free.

There was a CCTV camera in z living room, kitchen and stairs. We asked z owner to switch off. The front door and the “wall” beside it were made out of glass, there was no curtain for privacy.

The location of the accommodation was not far from the old town, and it was quieter and better because it was a little further away. The Night Bazaar was close by, and it was nice that there were two large permanent markets about 5 minutes away from the accommodation. The accommodation was clean and the owner was friendly. Free services such as water, fruit, and bread were also good. There are also good restaurants near the accommodation. It is a great place to stay with family or friends. I would like to stay again when I travel to Chiang Mai next time.

Super clean (and everything in the accommodation works very well) and the owner is very nice and understanding.
