The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by a lovely box of chocolates, biscuits and bottle of wine!!! There were also tea bags, coffee and sugar and a few other things waiting for us which was great and very useful after having travelled all day. The apartment really had everything to make our stay comfortable. The location was centric, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre and in a quiet residential area near to some shops. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was set in beautiful surroundings with access to a pretty garden. Overall, an excellent place to relax and enjoy Chichester with the family. Highly recommended.

There was very little to dislike about the apartment. The wifi could have been stronger as it didn't reach the main bedroom and went off several times during our stay. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were only three forks which made life a bit difficult for as family of five and it would have been good to have had some scissors in the kitchen too. But apart from those few things everything was great.

Great location, charming property and the kids loved playing with the toys available. Friendly helpful host and excellent range of amenities available. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Heating system was a little difficult to understand.

Very nice location in a nice neighbourhood and set within nice grounds with a very attractive garden seen through the windows. Parking was excellent and we also stored our bicycles in the entrance hall. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. Hot water on demand. We tended to use the bath which was very enjoyable and relaxing (although normally we would tend to shower). The hosts had left us some milk (amongst other goodies) and there was tea and coffee - really nice to have a cuppa upon arrival. It was a short walk into the beautiful town of Chichester and the property is very close to the Centurian Way - great for walking or cycling and we cycled to the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum via West Dean where there is a village shop: the fig flapjacks and sausage rolls were so tasty.

For us it was all good and we had a great stay in Chichester in a very comfortable apartment.

Location very convenient. Close to Chichester city centre and main roads leading out of city. Quiet, dispite nearby roads and roundabout. Outlook to the enclosed garden was enchanting.

Yale lock on the apartment front door must be changed. It is very fiddly to open and one evening we feared we wouldn't be able to open it at all! Sofa in lounge is very uncomfortable. We put two big cushions on it to make it more comfy, but still very uncomfotable, especially for older clients. Singly beds in 2nd room very uncomfortable. May be OK for children, but not fit for purpose for adults.

Bathroom mouldy tiles at side of bath, mouldy shower curtain. Shower did not work for us. Flat is a little tired, could do with a freshen up.
