"Nice basic apartment in a residential building"

It was a sweet little apartment that we enjoyed. It was clean and had everything we needed for the 3 nights. I liked the facilities on the 3rd floor. A nice touch. Wish We stayed longer to peruse the books available in the lounge area. I recommend it!

Anything’s I did not like were too minor and picky to mention.

"Pleasant stay in Cincy"

It was close to downtown, friendly staff, and good security measures in the building.

There were no sheets available for futon, and futon should not be considered as sofa bed. Floors were also a bit sticky.

I loved how comfy the bed was and how much closet space there was!

I wish there was a baking dish , but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say about the apartment complex. I loved how private and easily accessible the place was.

A good value place that's large, clean and has AC! What a deal!!! I mostly used Lyft to get everywhere but I did walk to and from downtown a couple times just to see if it's feasible.
