One Bedroom Flat Town Centre Colchester

Nice location, great apartment

Road outside but you can't be so close to the centre with the expected road noise

My 2nd stay here and it’s fantastic value for money. Always clean, comfortable and only a short walk into town. allocated parking directly outside the front door and a very responsive owner.

not much to dislike really. No iron or ironing board and some traffic noise, but neither a real problem.

We loved the spotlessly clean, well presented and furnished comfortable flat placed in the perfect location with easy parking. We were very comfortable and felt at home. Prime netflix and others on a big screen was a real bonus.

The noise we knew about so we took ear plugs so it wasn't that bad. No Ariel meant no terrestrial TV which was disappointing. we liked everything else.

We needed to stay somewhere for a wedding locally. it was a fairly short walk to Colchester Town train station, and some pretty cafes and parks. Bed was big and comfortable. Tony was very responsive and I accessed the property very easily.

I thought the apartment smelled like stale smoke, the shower head didn’t stay up by itself as it was too big for the holder so had to hold it in order to shower.

Lots to like! very clean, massive bed, free WiFi and large tv. Easy free allocated parking directly outside the property. The host was very responsive and helpful. it was a perfect base to visit family and relax.

Some traffic noise, no iron/ironing board (we didn’t ask the host through). We’ve another booking next month and looking forward to a return.
