Gioiello di Corfu apartment

This apartment is very close to the old town and set back a little so it's quiet at night. Everything is very close. I travelled alone and felt very safe. The apartment is small but a nice size for one person or a couple. The hosts communication is also excellent. She responds straight away.

Great location, close to all the essentials. Apartment was good in size, but quite dark inside. We received a big help from the people taking care of the appartment, as there was some mix-up during the booking process and the beds were set for 2 babies instead of 2 teenagers. But it was solved very quickly.

We disliked the unplesant smell, but I guess that is the issue of the whole Corfu City.. The living room had a small window only - overlooking a wall just a meter away.

Location was excellent, could walk everywhere around Corfu Town. Close to public swimming area. Kitchen was pretty well equiped, for basic cooking, Complimentry Instant Coffee, selection of Teabags, Sugar, home produced olive oil, and salt and pepper. Also a Washing Machine, but no Clothes Dryer. The owner Jenny was very prompt in answering any questions I had, and instructions on entering apartment were very clear.

Fantastic location in the Old Town, accessible to everything but in a quiet street. Very clean apartment, comfortable beds including the sofa bed, washing machine, fridge and well equipped kitchen including thoughtful items such as coffee, olive oil, washing powder. Good shower. Host was very responsive and sent through detailed instructions and photos of how to easily locate the place and gain access.
