The Place Old Town Apartment

Location was the highlight of the property! It is in the old town, and in the quieter part of it. The host is super responding and helps you out, but that’s not making up for the negatives.

I normally try to stay away for leaving bad reviews, but the place was the second worst place we’ve booked using Booking.com. Mould - was present in a lot of places. Cleaning - although the apartment looked clean, if you look closely, there were spiders web all over the place and not everything was clean (shower especially ) Bathroom - kind of nasty to leave the window open since people from the street look at you. Lucky you, that part of the street is somewhat quiet. Dampness/ humidity - I read the reviews, I thought I know in what I am getting in, but it was at another level. You get a humidifier, but that’s nothing. Noise - although the apartment is in the quiet part of the old town, when someone talks outside, is like they are with you in the apartment. The walls / windows, etc are just poor and it is loud inside. I think that the pictures need a bit of updating, as they are not showing the current state of the apartment.

Location, fully equipped, very clean

The apartment had everything you would need and more. Very central location, excellent and very helpful host and a really comfortable apartment.

The WiFi was sometimes difficult to pick up from the bedroom. The sitting room was a bit too warm at times but this couldn’t really be helped as the weather was very humid.

Everything was exceptional! The apartment was very clean, had a lot of utilities and the location was amazing!!!!

Located in a very central location. Shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, all located within a walking distance (2-10 mins). The apartment was super spacious and provided all kinds of amenities. Host allowed early check in and late check out, both free of charge

when we first arrived to the apartment it was quite dirty. When communicated this to the host she apologized and offered to send someone to clean few days after our arrival (that was the earliest possible). In the near future might need of a matress change

The property was in the perfect location to explore Corfu town. It also had all of the facilities we needed on our trip.

There was a problem with humidity in the room. the bed was quite damp and there was a humidifier in the room which would fill up with water every night so this is something they need to look at.
