A perfect place to stay in Corfu. The location is top- in the heart of the Old town, situated in a few minutes walk from the attractive places. The building has its own historical value. The apartment is large and very clean, equipped with everything necessary. The host was very cooperative and reacted to all our needs. Highly recommended!

The apartment is at the third floor and there is no lift. This fact doesn’t matter to us

The location is amazing, the unit was spotless with quality bedding and towels, cooking utensils, plentiful coffee and tea and very nice dishes.

I had trouble with the hot water. The manager was responsive to my messages and helped me with the boiler issue. It was my understanding that this heating system is new and was installed the day before my 12/24/2024 arrival. A test run to be able to explain how it truly works would have been helpful and eliminated my need to contact the manager during the holidays

- location - clean, comfortable - facilities such as micro oven, fridge, etc

- no water during the night and very early in the morning, I was not able to take a shower when I wanted They said it’s because the neighborhood is too old and the municipality cut the water during the night. Even though it’s not their fault, they should think in a plan B for that, otherwise make it clear in the advertisement.

Nice clean apartment just near St Spiridon Church.

The street was very noisy. Apartment is near musical school. I was listening orchestra every day until 22.00

- The location was amazing - Convenient check-in/check-out, but not for those who would like to speak with someone - The property manager replied quickly, but we wished some things would happen without asking (like a change of towels and bins at least once during our 7-day stay). - Well-equipped if you want to prepare snacks (big fridge too) - We didn't hear much noise, despite it being in a central location - WiFi was alright

- You do not see anyone (at check-in/check-out) - It's on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow - They did not offer to change our bedsheets/towels. I had to text on the 4th day asking for a change of towels and for someone to take out the garbage. Same for toilet rolls. - We found plenty of small insects, even though we always used the window net.

Very well equipped, very comfortable, super clean. Brilliant location.
