Leonidas - Annunziata Luxury Penthouse

In the middle of the old town, within easy reach of all the major sights and many restaurants in a very quiet neighborhood. Old and new fortress can be reached by foot in less than 15 minutes, there is a very nice roof terrasse with view over the town and to the new fortress. All the windows are equipped with screens and both rooms feature enough cupboards and drawers for clothes. One of the two balconies is overlooking a very nice church in a square with no traffic. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. There are two TVs, one in the living room and another in the master suite.

The very narrow staircase that may be challenging for some people and definitely not convenient with heavy suitcases. The kettle had not properly been cleaned and dried before our arrival. And the safe was not functioning.

amazing location, very centrally located in the center of old town Corfu. spacious apartment, very clean and well maintained. within walking distance to port, Restaraunt’s, bars, bakeries and main attractions to the city, including supermarket.

nothing. taxis are not allowed to enter the last 200-300 meters to the apartment so you will have to walk. it’s easy to walk your luggage and carry up two flights you will have to care

A very nice apartment in a perfect location. Everything was close. There is also a marvellous terrace, where you can eat meals together or chill. We were worried about the sounds since it is in the heart of Corfu, but even on the terrace, it wasn't too bad.

It would be good to use a door code instead of keys. We had two keys since the second day of our stay, which was alright for six people. Although we experienced inconvenience during the first day, some of us needed to wait for others outside due to the lack of a second key. It is also quite far from the nearest beach.

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views especially from fabulous roof terrace. Good Air con, well equipped kitchen, wifi. Excellent central location but quiet. 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms with lovely master suite. Exceptional lighting. Wish we had been staying longer

Just a word of caution - the apartment is in the old town, up a hill on a cobbled street. The taxi could not take us there as the old town is pedestrianised. So a short walk and then a small hill to climb. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift). It is worth the climb but not suitable for everyone for this reason. My elderly parents just managed it on a hot day (but loved it all the same)
