Ferienwohnung Kiem

The property is well located near the town. We drove to the parking lot each morning and stored our skis at the rental place (Element3). The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and we loved how homey the apartment felt! Many thanks to Edeltraud and Rupert for the lovely stay.

The home was spacious for our large family, with plenty of room to spread out. It is near supermarkets and the bus stop which is very convenient. Rupert was a super host and very responsive.

Minor detail, but wished there had been a few spices, even just salt and pepper. We didn’t do a great deal of cooking, so not a big deal.

Beautiful chalet with lovely living spaces, immaculate bathrooms with 2 saunas. Very well equipped kitchen. Outdoor balcony. Boot room with ski racks and boot heater.

It is on a main road but the bedrooms are mostly at the back and the double glazing means you don’t notice at all. If you don’t have a car (we didn’t) you should book the ski lockers at the Hahnekammbahn.

The house was amazing! Great facilities, very modern, and has everything you need for a restful stay. Rupert, the owner, was super helpful and made us feel right at home. The location is great, too, as it is not too far from some fantastic sights, activities, and amenities.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment a lot. It has 2 floors, above floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, very large leaving room and kitchen, also big balcony across all apartment. Below floor has 2 bedrooms with one bathroom. Upper floor is super comfortable, below floor is less. The host is very helpful. Location is good, 5 minutes to main lift and 25 minutes walking. supermarkets ate nearby.
