Apartment EL Médano Experimental Beach

The location is very good, there are many grocery stores, coffee shops and places to eat nearby. The apartment is spacious, good value for money.

Not the property's fault, but it can be noisy at night in the area. It's an area with many young people. Some bathroom amenities would be nice.

We only stayed one night, everything was correct. Clean appartment, our flight was late in the night but it was no issue as the entrance was with a code. Quite little square, close to everything.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Tenerife, and it was a fantastic experience. Conveniently located near the beach, the place was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always prompt to assist with anything. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it a delightful stay. Highly recommend!

In night it was very noise because the window in bedroom looks at the entrance and some people smoke near the window

Close to the centre, shopping, bars, restaurants and beaches, etc. We also liked that the apartment was nestled within a spotlessly clean and tidy residential complex populated primarily by locals who were all unfailingly friendly, gracious and helpful. We felt safe and welcomed at all times. Although we we didn’t meet our host, Ruben, in person, unfortunately, he responded rapidly and positively to the few enquiries we had during our stay. We always had the feeling he was watching out for our comfort and security.
