Modern penthouse near the sea

The flat was nice, clean, and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to cook and prepare any food. The landlord was very helpful. There was a big roof terrace where we could enjoy the night sky, and there was easy parking behind the house.

Excellent location, very quiet, but shops, restaurants, central square and beach just a short walk away. Large terrace in sunshine from early morning until around 1700 (in November), with beautiful view over the rooftops to the sea. Very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and a large american style fridge/freezer. Good walk-in shower. Reliable WiFi, Netflix available on the TV although I never made use of this. No aircon, but the seating and sleeping areas never got over hot. Host Tomas was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

No bottle of wine :-(, only water and lemonade.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, der uns alles gezeigt hat. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mitten in Medano, 3min zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, 5min zum Strand, 10min zum Surfverleih.

4er Stock, wer das nicht mag, dafür hat man gute Aussicht auf die Umgebung In El Médano ist es am Nachmittag schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, am Abend und morgens kein Problem

We really enjoyed our stay in El Médano! The flat is in a fantastic location, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Tomas, our host, was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the extra towels provided. The modern kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings.

The building doesn’t have a lift and the flat is at the fourth floor, which might be difficult if you don’t travel light or have mobility issues. No AC it but was manageable as we were visiting in October, the flat didn’t get too hot.

Sehr sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Sogar Gewürze und einige Hygieneartikel sind vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Ein- und auschecken war problemlos. Durften sogar bis 14Uhr in der Unterkunft verbleiben, bis wir an den Flughafen mussten. Lage ist sehr gut! Supermarkt und Strand wenige Meter entfernt.

I 4 piani di scale da fare per raggiungere l'alloggio non essendoci ascensore. Forse dovrebbe essere ben specificato nell'annuncio. A me è sfuggito oppure non era segnalato. Obiettivamente 4 piani sono tanti
