Sehr große Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet.

Dadurch dass Haustiere erlaubt sind, hat es nach Hund gestunken und auf dem Fußboden lagen sehr sehr viele Tierhaare. Gut, dass uns der Staubsauger dagelassen wurde.

Die Wohnung ist sensationell ausgestattet! Wir bedauern, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier verbringen. Ich hätte mit Freude in der super Küche gekocht 😉 Es war auch wirklich alles picobello!

No personal welcome Set up felt kind of weird

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und Freinsheim war in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es wäre schön, wenn es mehr Literatur zur Umgebung und Freizeitaktivitäten gegeben hätte. Am Sonntagvormittag wurden wir von einem Mann (hat sich gar nicht vorgestellt) unfreundlich daran erinnert, dass wir bis 10 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen mussten. Schade, das hat unseren sonst schönen Aufenthalt einen negativen Eindruck verschafft.

Only that the bedrooms didn't have curtains. Otherwise I would have given a 10.

Quiet well kept neighborhood. Walkable to a very nice bakery just down the road perhaps a quarter of a mile. The apartment is large and rooms are all spacious. The bedrooms are large enough to have luggage racks for suitcases, but those aren't supplied. We appreciated how clean it was and that we could do laundry there. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of outlets were available for charging devices. The aubergine colored cabinets are attractive and the kitchen is ample, yet a bit dark for lighting especially towards the back.

We had a LONG delay in being able to enter the apartment even as I had that morning notified the owner (per a request sent for arrival time) as to when we would arrive. Between Booking.com and the owner something really got messed up in communication. We arrived at our designated time and there was no one there to meet us. No message and NO indication as to how to get into the unit. We repeatedly attempted to reach the owner/manager and finally went to find an early dinner after waiting an hour. Upon our return, still no one was there. We then left again to find wifi at a Mc Donalds several miles way and there we were able to communicate thru What's App as I recall. Four hours after our arrival we were let in. NO apology for the wait or poor communication. I guess that was all on us since we didn't read or understand German. What is odd is when communicating about the booking it seemed we were able to communicate just fine. We learned too the second day where we should park since someone below us explained it. Communication all in the native language is fine IF you DO NOT intend on having guests who otherwise speak another language. As a property owner of a rental when I anticipate a guest I am monitoring closely all forms of communication between us and doing my best to make their transition and meet ups smooth. We the English speakers could be a random 'one off' for this property. At three other properties we had excellent communication and were either met by the owner or given very clear instructions in English by Belgians, Germans and French owners. Be aware to secure the code prior to your arrival and you'll start your stay on a better footing. We thought we might need to find another place to sleep that night. NO one should feel this way with a confirmed booking.
