"A great place for a family stay."

Fabulous location overlooking the sea. Very clean. Everything we needed was there. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and the room with the double bed and ensuite was down three steps, so it felt like our private sanctuary away from the grandsons! Parking.

The bed isn't the best, but we're being a bit nit-picky now.

The property was in excellent condition and very clean,it was very close to all the amenities and the beach. The views from the property was fantastic you could sit there all day. The property had everything you need for a great stay.

Really well laid out and furnished. Loved having a second bathroom. Cool sea views and really handy for amenities.

We were there at a very warm weekend in July so it was busy around the area but no noticeable noise beyond usual

"It was wonderful and relaxing"

Stayed here for the weekend with my partner. The apartment was exceptional, had everything we needed, was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was spectacular with the beach being within a very short walking distance. Felixstowe was very peaceful and beautiful - the seaside gardens are a must! The hosts were very helpful and friendly ensuring we had the best stay possible. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again next year!

"Very good"

The location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious with everything you needed

The shower was difficult to use in the onsuite bathroom as the on / off controls were so tight to move, and we struggled with it. The main double bed was uncomfortable due to the electric blanket being left on, the control unit came exactly in the same of my wife's back.

"Great seafront apartment"

The location was perfect everything we needed was provided the beds were comfy a great stay thank you

My only niggle was the smell of curry when you entered the apartment
