The nature reserve,good bus service,lots of eateries.

Double bed mattress very lumpy on one side! Had to sleep on single bed?

We like everything. Very spacious!! The best part was the DVD player was so happy that my kids could have A test of it since now days it’s hard to find DVD player everything is online!

Night time even if the heather was on the living room/ kitchen were very cold. But I guess thats also because very windy when we stayed. Other than that nothing wrong.

Communication was excellent with the owner, cleaner was amazing very clean upon arrival. Everything you needed was provided.

The caravan is located just 2 mins walk from the entrance and site office. It featured an outside decked seating area with furniture, where there’s sun all morning. It boasts a nice powerful shower and linen / towels were provided. The TV wasn’t smart but there was a DVD player had we wished to watch a film. Communication with the owner was easy. Overall, it was good value.

Unfortunately, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. The leg is coming away from the frame so we were frightened of it collapsing overnight. Turning the mattress made no difference so we used the quilt from the spare room underneath us. The flannelette under-sheet was bobbly and needed replacing too. If the bed frame/mattress is replaced we would stay again.

Great communication by the host. A good location, simple no fuss decor, generally felt clean with good facilities for a short stay. The essentials were provided. My kids liked the selection of DVDs. It was nice and warm. Someone came to check that the heating was working during our stay.

The main bedroom bed wasn't the most comfortable. The floor also felt a sticky, not sure if this was residue from a cleaning product but didn't feel nice underfoot. Otherwise what I would expect for a static in terms of facilities and comfort.

Apartment was very clean and tidy. Very good communication with the owner.

This property was in a perfect location for accessing Felixstowe Beach and the town. It was also close to a range of shops, including Lidl and other essential facilities. The caravan was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen was fully equipped. It was a great location if you like the Felixstowe Port and surrounding area. The gas fire was was great as it was very cold when we stayed.

The mattress and bed sheets were old and bobbly/rough and could do with upgrading.
