Arc1901 staycation

There aren't a lot of options for nicer apartments in KB and this was a great location with the kind of space my family needed for the week. It also had a swimming pool for the kids and came with a parking space. The apartment was clean, had a great washing machine and good size kitchen. Mr. Lee was very friendly and gave some great tips about site seeing options and he was readily available to help us. His warmness and approachability made the stay well worth it.

We needed a few things to be more stocked like toilet paper, a frying pan, and one other pot to cook basic things with but it was no big deal since KB/Malaysia in general has lots of affordable food all around town. The building is older but our unit was clean and well maintained.

swimming pool was run down, no fitness centre even though the description says it has one, kitchen was not fully equipped, cleanliness could be improved (there were hair and dust)

Walking distance to Riverside. 5 minutes drive to Pasar Siti Khadijah. The apartment is super clean and spacious. Location is near the city center. The host very helpful with providing us with so many info related to things to do in KB and what to eat. Overall very satisfied.
