Great hosts, has everything you need and is immaculately clean.

The property was absolutely amazing it had everything we needed and more , dale was very polite and made sure we didn’t need anything and recommended some places to go and some nice walks ! The property is really nice decorated and I would love to go back soon !

Lovely place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom with a huge shower, comfortable bed. The instructions prior to our stayt were clearly communicated and the host was very friendly and helpful. Local pubs are very close by, as are the other village ammenities.

The wifi signal was quite weak, although I forgot to mention it to the host so I don't know if it's normally like that. It wasn't an issue for us because we didn't really need to use it during our stay, but if you need to do any work while away for any reason then this is worth bearing in mind.

Everything was perfect, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the Bedroom was furnished to a high level ,and the bed was comfortable, Bathroom was to a high standard, I could not wish for a better place to stay, could not wish for a more pleasant helpful owner, parking was off street in owners drive , highly recommended.

Could not fault anything, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Dale was a lovely host. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying there. Not to far of you fancy a day trip to Blackpool. Nice and secure for parking onsite too. Thank you so much for our stay.

Great location and lovely place to stay

Very friendly welcome, clean and well decorated apartment with all the facilities you could need, including parking. Location right in Frecklton, which is an interesting village.

I recently enjoyed a one-night stay in a small unit located at the back of a property close to Preston & Blackpool, and I can't praise it enough. The location was simply excellent, providing a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. I felt at ease with the safe parking available on-site, which is always a big plus. The property itself was thoughtfully prepared and in excellent condition, showcasing the care and attention to detail put in by the hosts. The facilities provided were top-notch, making it truly feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean and well-organised, contributing to a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were gracious and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, we were so impressed that we immediately tried to book another stay. Unfortunately, the dates we wanted were already booked, which speaks volumes about the high standards and popularity of this wonderful accommodation. Highly recommend!
