FUENGIROLA SWEET & BEACH

Great location, heart of Fuengirola. Easy access to the beach, restaurant and shops. The flat is very nice and modern. The bed is comfortable. Great and fast internet connection are in the flat.

This ground floor apartment is located adjacent to the building's elevator. The building is newly constructed but lacks proper soundproofing. Consequently, you can hear every door opening and closing within the building. Since the elevator is situated next to the apartment, you are subjected to the constant noise of the elevator operating throughout the day. Additionally, people waiting for the elevator often engage in conversations right in front of the apartment's entrance. The apartment is positioned on the ground floor in a narrow street, and the adjacent building completely obstructs natural light. As a result, the apartment remains quite dim even during daylight hours, necessitating the use of artificial lighting, which can be rather inconvenient. During my stay, there was ongoing construction work on the adjoining party wall, leading to substantial noise and disruptions. I was very displeased with this situation. Furthermore, the shower head holder was broken, which meant I had to continuously hold the shower head while showering. It was not a matter of laziness, but rather a minor issue that could have been easily repaired. Finally, persistent and overpowering cigarette odour permeated the entrance area and the staircase all day around.

Excellent location, just behind the Leonardo Hotel. Wi Fi and the shower were very good. Supermarket, our the door and turn right. Turn right again at top of the street. NB it's closed on Sunday.
