Posizione tranquilla, non lontana dal centro.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent- a few minutes walk to the town centre with everything within easy reach. The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. Annalisa was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. One small downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the morning when the rubbish collection took place, but considering this is the city centre, it is completely understandable and to be expected. The only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the additional cleaning fee. It might be clearer and more convenient to include it directly in the rental price to avoid any possible misunderstandings. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we would gladly return in the future.

Beds were comfortable. Shower was excellent. Very good electric large towel which was great for drying things. Convenient location. Nice facilities.

No English tv channels. No English instructions for washing machine or coffee machine. Very hard to use a unfamaliar washing machine without understandable instructions.

Не знаю кто эти люди оценив в 10 баллов. Жильё не соответствует заявленным ожиданиям. 1. При бронировании на booking.com не указывается в дополнительных расходах на оплату уборка помещения в 30€. Об этом владелец жилья информирует письмом при бронировании. То есть я должен отменить бронирование если меня это не устраивает, что не соответствует требованиям предоставления услуг. 2. Первый раз за 15 лет путешествий по миру встречаюсь с тем, что на кухне из приправ нет ни чего. Нет перца, нет оливкового масла,  нет уксуса, нет соли. То есть я заехав в позднее время остаюсь без элементарных кухонных удобств. 3. Постельное бельё. Подушки неудобные, промятые. Матрас при надавливании издает неприятный звук, явно не рассчитан для влюбленных пар. 4. Если берут 30€ за уборку, то все должно блестеть. На посудомойке отпечатки пальцев, явно не вчера оставлены. Apartamento muy amplio, luminoso, con todos los servicios y muy cerca del centro. Zona de parquing gratuito cercano. La anfitriona muy atenta y servicial. Perfecto.
