Unfortunately not one the hotel can control but the complex across the road brings their bins out every morning at 6:15 using a ride on mower to pull them, if your not an early riser this noise could be frustrating

Here’s a polished version that keeps your message clear and fair but still honest: ⸻ The location was amazing, and the staff at RBR were fantastic — so friendly and helpful. The unit itself was great too: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were really happy with the accommodation and found RBR wonderful to deal with. However, the overall vibe of the complex felt more like a retirement village. While most of the residents were lovely, a few were quite rude and controlling, which made us feel uncomfortable at times. We were told we couldn’t have a can of drink in the pool — something I’ve never experienced before at any resort, especially travelling with three kids. It felt excessive, particularly when the same resident had her own grandchildren diving and jumping in the pool, which would usually be considered against standard pool rules. The situation left us feeling singled out and embarrassed. After paying $1,500 for three nights, we expected to feel relaxed and welcome, not as though we were being monitored or judged like school children. That said, RBR themselves were excellent to deal with, and the unit was truly beautiful.

Great location directly across the road from the beach. Apartment nice and big for family of 4. Convenient for restaurants etc.. all in walking distance

Quite loud .. understandably because of location just much more than we expected. Apartment nice but bathrooms could do with a spruce up

No Milk was provided. I think this was an oversight by the cleaners.

Would be nice to have enough toilet paper and rubbish bags to last a week, for a premium apartment I would expect more.
