"Preisleistungsmäßig unschlagbar!"

Freundlicher Gastgeber und angenehm kühle Atmosphäre. Alles auf den Bildern wie angezeigt. Der Gastgeber war außerdem zuvorkommend und hat mir als größere Person einen extra Bezug vorbereitet falls das Doppelbett nicht ausgereicht hätte. Zusätzlich hat er sich bemüht uns Vorschläge zum Zeitvertreib in Greifswald zu machen. Alles in allem kann ich die Zimmervermietung Koltermann nur weiterempfehlen :)

Es war schimmelig und roch dementsprechend muffig überall. Die Ausstattung war feucht.

The location Is very functional and in a quite area nearby the university campus. The host was very kind and welcoming. The garden is very nice.

Unfortunately for me the ceiling was very low (I'm 1.9m) , especially the bathroom was very difficult to enter without hitting my head on the ceiling. The apartment was warm after a while but when we arrived it felt a bit chilly and moisty. I would recommend it in summer in order to also enjoy the garden, but for winter it was not a good choice for us.
