Being asked for £30 for a broken key which was already weak. Being asked for an 'extra person charge when i booked a 2 bed apartment and only 2 people stayed. Be careful with these folks!!!! It's a shame as the place isn't that bad but the management crew......

TV wasn't in English when we arrived,, took ages to sort Should be a caution for the water as it gets extremely hot very quickly There was no bin outside as described in the terms for removing rubbish so bad to take this home Carpet would benefit from a thorough deep clean Flush doesn't work properly

The WiFi kept going down

The lock to the front door needs sorting out if my mate had not been in I would have been locked out

Ground floor

It was not clean shower had mould. Dirty teatowel in washing machine with some dirty sludgy water in it. The floor needed vacuum. The whole flat felt grubby I had to clean it in order to use shower. It was not good value for money. I would not recommend this accomadation.

There was problems with the office. Saying they are going to charge me $60 extra for coming 1 hour late in there contract it does mention a $30 late fee not $60 so that wasn't professional when the lady on the phone tried charging double.

the staff kept calling asking for another 300 deposit. she was rude and didn’t listen to a word I said, I wouldn’t book again just so I don’t have to deal with that person again
