super clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Corfu. friendly and attentive host. comfortable bed with all amenities. ignore comments about the entrance. it’s absolutely fine and like any other old European building.

Two flights of stairs to get there but not a problem really.

The property was very central to old town. Apartment was clean.

Entry into the building needs maintenance and cleaning. At first glance the property looks like it’s uninhabited. There’s a sliding door at the end of the entry passage which is left open a few centimeters and the space behind it is in complete darkness. I found it very creepy. The staircase is not well lit and the balustrade was wobbly. I wouldn’t have felt safe going into the property if not for my husband and son. I understand the property is under heritage listing but UNESCO would allow maintenance to occur to strict heritage standards. Inside the apartment is much smaller than depicted in the photos and the bathroom is tiny with a half tub and shower which could prove difficult for some people to get out of safely. There’s also a musky smell emitted from the bathroom and kitchen.

Super central location, the host is very nice and super helpful and has a lot of great tips for the stay. Communication was fast and easy and it was possible to arrange for early check in to store out luggage. There is everything you need in quite a personal atmosphere and decoration, including AC.

We had a great experience and can definitely recommend the place! One should notice though that the,apartment is located on the second floor and only accessible via a rather steep staircase. Since we had backpacks it was not a problem, a heavy suitcase however might cause difficulties.

The location is the best walking to most of the attraction, near the bazar in the old town only 10 minutes from airport the apartment is nice and clean with a few drinks in the fridge and a map with recommendations for places to eat and see everything is walking distance the best is Favela N 17 lovely pancakes and drinks not to miss . And very kind lady . High recommended.

Is a little bit strange the entrance in the the building but the place inside is everything you need for a few days just relax.

Liston Sweet House was a home from home filled with love! A little treasure awaits you in this magical spot...in fact, the location was incredible. Not only in the heart of Corfu Town but a stumble away from the famous esplanade upon which we saw many a marching band perform. The apartment is also a short stroll to the sea where you can take a refreshing dip. The area is tasteful with every imaginable restaurant and cafe on your door stop plus lots and lots of little shops up and down alleyways to explore during day and by night. Because the apartment is tucked away, it is still peaceful. We were a family of 3 and the apartment worked perfectly for us. Above all, was the hospitality provided by our host Angela who was always available via a text message for any information needed. Angela also left us treats to enjoy on arrival and a very useful guide to the area. Set in an original building the apartment still had all mod cons including: excellent wifi, air conditioning, reliable hot water on demand and all you need for your stay, including a coffee machine. The apartment was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when I next visit Corfu!

There are just a few flights of stairs up to the apartment which was no problem for us but something to bear in mind if you struggle with accessibility. Don't let this put you off though!
