Fantastic location and comfy beds - perfect size apart from the cramped bathroom and hitting head on underside of stairs

The only thing that was negative was the bathroom. Very cramped and it was difficult to avoid hitting your head on the underside of stairs but the worst thing was the smell in the bathroom and downstairs - i think it was a damp smell but it was very unpleasant.

Perfect for exploring the town - central location in a great area between the beautiful harbour front area and the town hall square and old town but still quiet all the time despite lively local nightlife scene. Lovely standard of accommodation - great bed, fantastic shower, perfectly clean and ideal for city stay. Refreshed mid-week with clean bedding and towels so an unexpected level of service, as well as really excellent and prompt help with information and advice from Gina before and during our stay which was very much appreciated.

Loved this place and only recommendations would be some hooks or rails in the bathroom for hanging towels would've been useful. Also extractor fan may be incorrectly wired and seemed to blow rather than suck.

Its location was fantastic very very close to everything in the old town and the castle. You can walk to basically everything even the airport, but that is a 30 min walk.

Exceptionally clean. Fantastic location. A very comfortable bed. Decor was lovely, very neat & tidy. 2 bottles of water in the fridge was a very good idea. Lovely fluffy towels.

The one thing that let this property down massively for us was the shower wet room. There is nowhere to put any toiletries, toothbrushes, etc .. a shelf would definitely help. The toilet seat was loose. Nowhere to hang towels up to dry … a few hooks by the shower would make such a difference. And not the property’s fault at all, but the person living above the apartment took to walking noisily around his apartment non stop for hours … until 4 in the morning!!!

Steps are steep. Bathroom a bit cramped with no place to put towels, but overall very usable.

Upgraded due to an issue in the apartment to Old Town Luxury Suite Kommissa, a two bedrooms apartment, at same rate and terms. Perfect position, wonderful apartment, clear communication with the owner. Recommended!

I arrived late on Friday night and could not release the Kerry from the safety box. Had a local resident and his friend not going back to their apartment I would not have been able to release the key. It was almost 1al in a dark alley and as a single lady this. was most unacceptable. I emailed the contact that I had but did not receive a reply. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely but I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. It simply was not good enough that two men had to wrestle to get the key out of the lock to let me in. Please take my comments on board so no one else had the same problem. My stay was very disappointing as it was a lovely place in a great location however I would not recommend it to anyone.
