"Not good value for the money."

Very good location, quiet residential area, shop is in walking distance and S-bahn to the city centre is a 5mins walk.

- The whole house was dirty, we had to hoover and clean the bathroom before we could settle. - All kitchen utensils and glasses had to be washed before using, all dirty - Dining table was dirty and sticky. -House smelled musty - Bathroom was dirty, clumps of dark hair everywhere - Hair dryer was broken and did smell burnt - Some sockets did not work so we could not use the tv - Barely any kitchen utensils ie pots,pans or mugs - It was dusty under the bed and in the draws. With some love and care, it could be a lovely place to stay.

"Superb"

A remarkably cozy living space. Minimalistic yet oriented towards comfort. It is located in a quiet residential area, but is close to the nearby lake. It is great value and would highly recommend it. We were a group of 4 on a country tour and this studio made our day.

There were only slight hiccups with the electical wiring.
