Beds were comfortable and everyone was friendly.

The main house is lovely. But the cottages where we stayed are part of a garage conversion. Unfortunately the place is in need of intense TLC. The tennis court is in disrepair and unsightly. The walls in the cottages have serious cracks which detract from the general appeal. The carport's ceiling is broken and the tree very overgrown.

Owners were a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time I have stayed there in two different cottages and both are great. Very clean and will book there again without hesitation.
