- Kiváló elhelyezkedés. - Minden volt benne, ami kell. - Jó felszereltség. (Csak az a baj, hogy a javuk már régóta csereérett.)

- Függöny hiánya. - Redőny nem működik. - Klíma részben működött (bizonyos funkciói), a kültéri egység nagyon zajos. - Fürdőben a páraelszívó az utolsókat rúgja. Rendkívül hangosan működik. És sajnos csak együtt kapcsolható a világítással. - Nincs saját vagy közeli parkolóhely, csak akkor, ha mázlid van. (De nem igazán lesz.) - Alapvetően csendes környék, de előfordulhat az éjszakai bulika (ami elvileg mindenhol tilos), s emiatt nem tudsz pihenni.
